Return & Refund Policy

Our products are custom-made and produced to order. Custom POD items are generally final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges when accurately described and delivered as ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at baveillette@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Please do not send anything back without written approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
